We are happy to accommodate a small number of walk-ins but due to the limited number of headsets (especially in our DC location), we cannot guarantee availability if you walk in.

Choose the experience you like and the time slot that works best for you and your friends!
Wear comfortable shoes and clothes
We recommend wearing light-weight, comfortable clothes and sneakers or flat shoes that allow you to easily move around. You will be actively playing so heavy clothing and heels may hinder your movement!
Glasses with large frames may not fit into the VR headsets so contact lenses are recommended when possible. Small frames are fine.
For optimal comfort, long hair should be worn down rather than in a high bun or ponytail.
Arrive earlier
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before (and ask your friends to do the same) to enjoy the whole experience. Please account for the traffic and parking in the area and plan accordingly. Your game time might be reduced if you arrive 15 minutes later than the scheduled time.

If you are coming to the DC location, there's a parking garage and a parking lot across Wisconsin Ave. Street parking is available on Hall Pl and Wisconsin Ave.

Rockville location has its own parking lot, parking is free.

If your plans have changed, let us know as soon as possible. We'll be happy to reschedule your reservation 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

Please, consider your own child's abilities before making a reservation!

We are ready to accommodate children who are at least 8 years old as long as they meet the mental and physical requirements to operate the headsets on their own and have the ability to follow basic rules that ensure the safety of themselves, other players, and the equipment. This means young players should be able to read, listen to directions and maneuver through games independently.

Birthday parties are suitable for kids 10+ years old.
