CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations:

  • No refunds are offered for cancellations at any time.

  • We understand unexpected events come up, but due to the limited nature of our VR experiences, cancellations are not possible.

 

Rescheduling:

  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours notice for regular bookings and 7 days for birthday parties and private events

  • To reschedule, please click the link in your confirmation email and pick another time slot.

  • Rescheduling may be subject to availability.

 

Late Arrivals:

  • We cannot accommodate guests who arrive more than 20 minutes late.

  • The game time might be reduced in case of late arrival.

  • This policy ensures a smooth experience for everyone and allows us to keep our schedule on track.

  • Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

 

Fewer Guests:

  • Please note that if fewer guests arrive than the number booked, the full amount of the reservation will still be charged.

  • You can however reduce the number of guests and get store credit for future bookings 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

  • This policy helps us ensure the financial viability of our business and allows us to continue offering VR experiences to our customers.

 

Additional Information:

  • We strongly recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled VR experience. This allows time for check-in, safety briefing, and equipment setup.

  • We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
